What I do

Training
Half-day and full-day sessions for leadership teams seeking to sharpen their decision-making discipline and enrich the toolkit. The format works particularly well when the problems your teams are grappling with are complex and multi-dimensional — because I don’t use hypothetical exercises. I work on the real issues your business is facing, using the frameworks from the book to bring the concepts to life where it matters.

Coaching
One-on-one coaching for senior leaders — from Group Executives to Heads of — on becoming a standout decision-maker and building a culture within their teams where good discipline sticks. This works best for leaders setting up their teams or businesses for success in pursuing ambitious new ventures or initiatives, where the quality of early decisions disproportionately determines the long-term outcomes.

Advisory
Practical guidance on solving complex, multi-dimensional problems — plus help setting up teams and operating models with strong problem-solving capability in-house. I don’t work like a traditional consultant who hands out theoretical recommendations. I guide clients on a rapid journey to the right pragmatic answer — one they author and own.
